Ningbo Resoul Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Mikario Trading 5-in-1 Convertible Baby recall: The recalled baby gyms violate the mandatory safety standard for infant
The recalled baby gyms violate the mandatory safety standard for infant support cushions because the floor mats can obstruct an infant's breathing, posing a serious risk of injury…

The hazard: Strangulation, entrapment or suffocation hazard
The hazard in this recall is entrapment or strangulation, the category behind most nursery-product fatalities, and one that gives no audible warning.
What the notice says: The recalled baby gyms violate the mandatory safety standard for infant support cushions because the floor mats can obstruct an infant's breathing, posing a serious risk of injury or deadly suffocation hazard.
Why it matters: A cord, gap, strap or soft surface on this product can trap a child or restrict their breathing. These incidents are silent: there is no noise to bring an adult in from the next room.
Symptoms and when to call a doctor
If a child is found trapped or unresponsive, free them if you safely can, call 911, and start CPR if they are not breathing. Even after an apparently full recovery, a child who lost consciousness or had their airway blocked needs to be assessed the same day, because swelling and lung injury can develop afterwards.

What to do about Strangulation
Ningbo Resoul Digital Technology Co., Ltd. — The hazard in this recall is entrapment or strangulation, the category behind most nursery-product fatalities, and one that gives no audible warning.
- Stop using the product immediately and move it out of the room where the child sleeps or plays.
- Do not resell, donate or hand it on. Passing on a recalled nursery item is illegal in the United States and is the main way these products stay in circulation.
- Tell every other carer: grandparents, childminders, nurseries. Recalled sleep products most often resurface at a second home.
- Claim the remedy on this page, photographing the model and date code first — the claim form will ask for both.
Claiming your refund, repair or replacement
The recalling company decides the remedy and funds it. You should never pay for a recall repair or for return shipping.
- Use the company contact on this page first. Most firms run a dedicated recall page with a claim form that is far quicker than their main support line.
- Have the model number, the date code and your photos ready. Many companies issue store credit by default — ask for cash or a card reversal if you would rather have it.
- No receipt? Say so. Recall refunds are routinely paid without proof of purchase, because the hazard is what triggers the obligation.
- If you bought it from a retailer rather than the brand, try both. Target, Walmart and Amazon often refund recalled goods from the order history.
Remedy named in the notice: Consumers should immediately stop using the baby gyms and contact Mikario Trading for a full refund. Consumers should remove the toy bar, cut the cushion in half and send a photo of the destroyed gyms to [email protected].
Company contact: Mikario Trading collect at 209-232-8655 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or by email at [email protected].
