About Recall Ledger
Official U.S. product recalls, written so you can act on them
Federal recall notices are public, but they are written for industry. They arrive as enforcement reports and campaign filings, with the lot codes buried in a wall of text and no indication of whether the thing in your cupboard is actually affected.
Recall Ledger reads those notices as they are published and turns each one into a single page that answers the questions a shopper actually has: what was pulled, which codes and dates it covers, where it sold, how dangerous it is, and how to get your money back.
What is here
- Food, beverage and pet food recalls from the FDA and USDA FSIS, including public health alerts.
- Drug and dietary supplement recalls from FDA enforcement reports.
- Medical device corrections and removals.
- Consumer product recalls from the CPSC — toys, furniture, batteries, appliances, nursery goods.

What is not here
No opinions about companies, no rankings, no advertising-driven coverage decisions, and no recalls from outside the United States. Every page links to the official notice, and that notice is always the authority.
Corrections
If a page misreads a notice, write to [email protected] with the page URL. Corrections to the underlying notice have to come from the agency, but anything we got wrong in presenting it we will fix.
