What we can help with

• A page is wrong. Send the URL and what it should say. We check it against the agency notice and fix or remove it.
• A recall is missing. Send the agency’s link. If it is in one of our feeds we will find out why it was skipped.
• You are the recalling company. We will add a link to your own recall page and your consumer hotline to the notice.
• Press or data questions. Tell us what you need and the format you need it in.

What we cannot help with

We cannot process refunds, arrange repairs, give medical advice, or act on an agency’s behalf. Refunds and repairs go through the company named in the notice; health questions go to your doctor; to report an unsafe product, use the agency’s own reporting form.
