What is wrong
REV Ambulance Group Orlando, Inc. (REVO) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Road Rescue Type I, Road Rescue Type III, and 2025-2026 Wheeled Coach Type III ambulances. A node may become unresponsive and cause a loss of functionality of connected components, such as vehicle warning lights.
The risk
A loss of warning lights can increase the risk of a crash.
Why equipment defects matter: Equipment defects range from incorrect labels to fire and injury risks; the consequence summary says which applies.
The remedy
REVO will provide a replacement S-Node 8x16 (Node 5), free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in October 2026. Owners may contact REVO customer service at 1-855-661-9232.
About the equipment
The equipment category covers parts that are not part of the basic driving systems, such as RV appliances, propane systems, labels, wheelchair lifts and adaptive equipment.

Check by VIN
A campaign rarely covers every vehicle of a model year. Enter your 17-character VIN to find the recall campaigns filed for your make, model and model year. The VIN is on the driver’s side of the dashboard (visible through the windshield), on the door-jamb label, and on your registration and insurance documents.
Is a recall still open on your vehicle? Only NHTSA’s official VIN check can say whether a campaign applies to your exact vehicle and whether the repair has already been done.
Your VIN is decoded with NHTSA’s public vPIC service to identify the make, model and year. It is not stored and is not added to any page address.
