What is wrong
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025-2026 NOBO, Ibex, and 2025-2027 RPOD recreational trailers. The 110V circuits on the distribution panel may be mislabeled, which can result in electrical shock.
The risk
Electrical shock increases the risk of injury.
Why electrical defects matter: Electrical faults can cause a loss of power, disable safety features or, where wiring overheats, start a fire.
The remedy
Dealers will replace the circuit labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 20, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-825-0856. Forest River's number for this recall is 47-2072.
About the electrical system
Modern vehicles run on dozens of control modules and miles of wiring; an electrical fault can affect lighting, displays, power or safety systems.

Check by VIN
A campaign rarely covers every vehicle of a model year. Enter your 17-character VIN to find the recall campaigns filed for your make, model and model year. The VIN is on the driver’s side of the dashboard (visible through the windshield), on the door-jamb label, and on your registration and insurance documents.
Is a recall still open on your vehicle? Only NHTSA’s official VIN check can say whether a campaign applies to your exact vehicle and whether the repair has already been done.
Your VIN is decoded with NHTSA’s public vPIC service to identify the make, model and year. It is not stored and is not added to any page address.
